A Rock Partridge in Spain

In the Spanish mountains, Jørgen and Nikolaj have laced up their hiking boots. The target is the rock partridge - a small, shy fellow that is faster than both the eye and the trigger. The hunt requires many steps up and down steep paths, and the legs quickly become heavy. But that's nothing compared to the challenge of even getting a hit on the bird. Because if they miss the shot, it's not a delicious chicken dish that's on the menu, but a portion of smooth, slimy sea snails.
